I was born in Asola on January 18, 1988, but I have always lived in Peschiera del Garda. After attending the classical high school in Desenzano del Garda, I embarked on a course of study at the University of Brescia, graduating with honors in 2012 in law under the esteemed Professor Arnaldo Canziani, writing a thesis in commercial law titled "At the origins of business concepts: from social interest to corporate interest". My father wanted me to be a doctor, my mother dreamed of having an art critic son. I decided to become a notary.
At the age of 28, I won the notarial competition announced with D.D. September 26, 2014, the written exams of which were held in April 2015, and for which I took the oral exam in October 2016. It was the first competition I participated in, and I ranked among the top. In 2013, I won the PhD competition in Business and Law at the University of Brescia, but after winning the notarial competition, I abandoned that path.
I am currently engaged in teaching activities for the chair of commercial law at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Brescia, and I am a contract lecturer in commercial law for the same department, based in Mantua.
